BE ADVISED! We are NOT able to provide staff for belay services outside of scheduled/booked events. Should you arrive with a large group, aside from an event you have booked in our system, climbing lanes available to you will be limited (especially during busier times).

Groups & Parties

THINGS TO KNOW!

• Any additional climbers are $15/person - gear included (Up to 15 Total)

• These offerings need to be booked at least 14 days in advance

• All packages require a $100 deposit at the time of booking

• A total of 6 observers (anyone who is not climbing) may accompany the group during the event

• There will be one instructor provided per 5 kids. If your group is over 15 people, it is considered a custom group and you will need to CLICK HERE to make further arrangements.

• Only the Premier Package allows the option to bring food or cake

• If the age range of your group is 7 years or younger, the maximum participants we can accommodate in one group is 10 climbers

I’VE BOOKED MY PARTY, WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

Climb Tulsa will send you a confirmation email once your booking is processed. WAIVERS must be completed for EVERYONE (climbers AND observers) who will be in the gym. The link for facility waivers found in your confirmation email will serve as an RSVP for your event. You can monitor submitted waivers through this confirmation email portal. The remaining balance for your booking will be paid the time of the group.

FAQs

What is included in a standard party booking? 

Group participants will have the opportunity to climb top-ropes (belaying provided by staff), on our auto-belays and in the bouldering area depending on the selected package. Our Rocktopia room will be reserved for your group's private use during that time. Staff will be present with the group to provide belaying and help coach participants through different types of climbs. We host a variety of events from birthday parties, field trips, team building, and much more! The group booking does not allow for climbing after the scheduled time. If any individual wants to climb afterwards they must purchase a day pass and gear rental at the front desk.

What do participants need to bring?

Climb Tulsa will provide harnesses for all participants. Climbing shoe rentals are included only in the Premier and Ultimate package. For the Basic package, please ask all climbers to wear close toed shoes. 

What about food, or cake and presents?

The only available option to facilitate food or additional celebrations is through our Premier package. This option provides a separate party room that can be set up to accommodate food, cake, presents, etc. The Basic and Ultimate package do not allow for any outside food to be brought in, as the climbing space provided is not equipped for activities outside of climbing. 

Why can’t we bring more than six observers?

Climb Tulsa does not currently have the space to accommodate large numbers of observers. Our facility is set up to provide maximum space for climbers, and too many spectators will obstruct the climbing space. 

Why is there a 10 participant maximum for ages 6 and younger?

Climbing is inherently dangerous and younger children require more support in order to understand and identify the risks that are involved. We limit the number to 10 for this age range to ensure that we can provide a supportive and positive experience for all of the children climbing.
